Association Manager Paul Arena has owned and operated rental housing himself for over 24 years. Paul has been a board member of his local association for 20 years and president of that group for the past 10 years. Paul serves as Director of Legislative affairs for a state wide organization which advocates for housing providers in the legislative process. In addition he served on the Fair Housing board in his community for 5 years.
The Association of Rental Housing Professionals is operated by professionals with the background and experience every member will benefit from. Our Mission is to provide owners and managers of rental housing the tools needed to grow a profitable business by offering residents housing that is well maintained, peaceful, and a place they will call home for many years.
