Professionalism is respected.  Whether providing housing is your career, an investment for extra income or retirement income, The Rental Housing Professionals  provides you the resources professionals rely upon to make their investments profitable.  We strive to be your one source for  property management tools.
 
Our services address multiple aspects of providing rental housing including Management Tools, to help with the day to day responsibilities of property management; Connecting Members, with important information and to one another so we may learn from and support each other; and Protecting Member Rights, to advocate for our members interest in the legislative process.  
                           

Membership Types

 
Members At Large Individuals or businesses that are not affiliated with a Rental Housing Professional Chapter or a Partner Association.   Investment is $99 for a one year membership
             
Member of RHP Chapter Individual or business who are members of a RHP Chapter group.  RHP Chapters are comprised of at least 20 RHP members providing housing  in a particular city or region.  RHP Chapters elect Chapter leaders to be the point of contact with local government and to represent the Chapter in decisions on state legislation.  Investment is $99 for a one year membership. 

If no Chapter currently is established in your area you may join as a member at large and contact RHP for information on forming a Chapter .  To find out if a chapter exists in your area us our Chapter Finder. 
                   
RHP Partner Organization Members An individual or business who are members in good standing of an organization that is a Partner Group of RHP.   Partner Groups are Rental Housing Associations who are active in legislative advocacy on behalf of their members and wish to make RHP management tools available to their members.  Investment is $25 and requires approval before activation of membership.
